Lefty/Righty Championships
Liverpool Golf Club
22nd June 2010
The Lefty/Righty Championship made a welcome return to this year's programme after an absent of seven years. We had 41 players and, although some questioned an aggregate stoke, it proved to be a very popular day and is certain to be part of next year's programme. There were a few showers about but not enough to worry anyone and the Liverpool course was in good condition for this time of the year. Maybe Liverpool could be made the permanent venue for this event?
Phil Roots (2) and Ron Aldham (6) were worthy winners of the Championship with a score of 163 and the nett winners were Bruce Richardson (19) and Daniel Corry (20)
